Warranty Information
All signs are inspected and tested for proper operation prior to shipment from Wholesale Sign Superstore. In addition, all signs are shipped in packaging that meets or exceeds industry standards for common carrier shipment. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to inspect the sign(s) for any damage or failure to illuminate properly prior to accepting shipment. In the event that damage is determined, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to file a claim with the carrier. Wholesale Sign Superstore will not be held responsible for any damages incurred between shipment from our plant and final destination.

Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify Wholesale Sign Superstore prior to taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying Wholesale Sign Superstore and obtaining written authorization, automatically voids any guarantees.

Any defective component qualifying for manufacturer’s warranty must be returned to Wholesale Sign Superstore before credit is given. Freight-collect shipments will not be accepted.

Any component manufacturer’s warranty still in effect upon expiration of the Wholesale Sign Superstore warranty period is passed on to the buyer.

Wholesale Sign Superstore is not responsible for breakage or damage due to acts of God, vandalism, improper care, cleaning, painting, handling or installation of signs. Freight is F.O.B. Rockledge, Florida.
